Floor Drawers (Base) Cabinet:  2 - 5 Drawers per unit - Depth up to 600mm   Floor Drawers typically includes Drawer Fronts (in a selected Colour/Profile), a solid back, bottom, left & right ends (gables), a top rail and the individual drawer units solid melamine bottoms and backs (pre-sized to cater for the height and length of the drawer runners selected). The bottom shelf is pre-drilled to accept the knock-in style plastic legs. Carcass is made from HMR 16mm PB. See the “General Construction” page. Drawer Front Heights are set by default to be Equal in size, actual height is sytem calculated.

For Vinyl Wrap or Polyurethane Painted Drawer fronts, you can specify in the "Special Requests" box which of these profile Types you like for your Drawer Fronts: e.g. "Door Profile" (LH Image) or an "Individual Profile" (RH Image) The default option will be a "Door Profile". Also if you prefer to use the (expensive) "Self-closing Silent Drawer System" then specify this in the "Special Requests" Prompt box and we will provide a written quotation.

If different Heights or special Drawer length are required, for example: a small Drawer at the Top and two Pot Drawers then please mention this in the "Special Requests" prompt box, or alternatively specify the heights in mm. Minimum Drawer Height = 140mm. The bottom drawer is always system calculated depending on your specifications.

We  offer a range of metal Drawer sides and Slides options in various length and heights, as per the Hettich samples shown below, the optimum choice in height and length is automatically applied unless you make specific requests (in the "Special Requests" prompt box).

If you prefer to use the (expensive) "Self-closing Silent Drawer System" then specify this in the "Special Requests" Prompt box and we will provide a written quotation.

The Drawer base is made of a 16 mm HMR White melamine bottom (4)  plus a Back panel (5).

The Metal sides and slide come in sets, two for each drawer and consist of a Slide (1) to be screwed to the cabinet wall, the Drawer Metal side (2) that is affixed to the Front panel  with the mount (3).
